Our Projects

Cultural Open Space Masterplanning
As part of the wider vision for the Island TMHCT in partnership with Auckland Council are developing a spatial plan which will form a foundational document for the staged development of the Island as a cultural open space.

Capital Works Programme
TMHCT is supporting Auckland Council with the upgrading of existing assets and infrastructure on the Island. This foundational work will preserve the historic built character of the Island while ensuring future development is adequately serviced by network and on-site infrastructure.
